Nothing changes until the thinking changes. When people know better, they "do" better. The most beneficial thing you can provide for yourself or for another is personal development. All of us are influenced by the books we read, the people we meet and the travels we take.

Each positive change creates a ripple effect that reaches into other aspects of life. People become more respectful at work and this creates higher job satisfaction, higher productivity. This attitude shift ripples into increased customer service.  Finally, happier people make for a better world. It's all about attitude.
